Refund Policy

2.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy (Strictly Favorable to Kinaracafe)

This policy governs the cancellation of orders and the processing of refunds for purchases made through the Kinaracafe Website.

A. Customer Cancellation Rights (Restricted)

  1. Time Limit for Cancellation: You may request the cancellation of an order only within five (5) minutes of placing the order on our Website. This limited window is necessary as we begin preparing the pure vegetarian food immediately upon order confirmation.
  2. No Cancellation After Preparation: If your order status is updated to "Preparation in Progress," "Prepared," or "Out for Delivery," the order cannot be cancelled by the customer under any circumstances.
  3. Refusal of Order: If you refuse to accept a delivered order for reasons other than a clear error on our part (e.g., incorrect item delivered), the order will be treated as non-cancellable, and no refund will be issued.

B. Kinaracafe's Right to Cancel (Absolute)

  1. Unilateral Right: Kinaracafe reserves the absolute right to cancel any order at any time, before or after acceptance, in our sole discretion, without providing a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, product unavailability, service area limitations, high volume, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  2. Action on Cancellation: If Kinaracafe cancels an order after payment has been successfully processed, we shall initiate a refund of the full order amount to the original payment method.

C. Refunds (Limited Liability)

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only processed if:
  2. The customer successfully cancels the order within the five (5) minute window specified in Section 2.4(A)(1).
  3. Kinaracafe unilaterally cancels the order as per Section 2.4(B).
  4. An item is confirmed by Kinaracafe to be damaged, missing, or materially incorrect, and Kinaracafe, in its sole discretion, determines a refund is the appropriate resolution.
  5. No Cash Refunds: All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. No cash refunds will be provided.
  6. Processing Time: Refunds typically take seven (7) to ten (10) business days to be credited back to your account, depending on your bank and payment gateway policies. Kinaracafe is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or payment processor.
  7. Liability Cap: In all cases where a refund is issued, our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific item or order in question. We shall not be liable for any additional compensation or damages whatsoever.

D. No Returns

Given the perishable nature of our pure vegetarian fast food, all sales are final, and products cannot be returned once delivered or picked up.
