Shipping Policy

This policy governs the terms for delivery, cancellation, and returns/refunds for orders placed through the Kinara Cafe website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Delivery Policy (Shipping)

1.1 Delivery Commitment

  1. Delivery Area: We provide delivery services only within a specific radius of our cafe location in [Jalgaon Jamod]. If your address falls outside our defined service area, your order may be cancelled, and a refund issued.
  2. Delivery Time: All delivery times provided at the time of order are estimates only. We strive to deliver within the estimated time frame (e.g., 30-45 minutes), but this is subject to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, high order volume, and external delivery partner performance. Kinara Cafe is not liable for delays that are beyond our reasonable control.
  3. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed clearly during the checkout process based on your location.
  4. Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, non-availability, failure to answer the delivery person's call within a reasonable time), the order will be considered complete and non-refundable.

1.2 Customer Responsibilities (Delivery)

  1. Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address, contact name, and phone number.
  2. Receipt: The customer or a representative must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

  1. Timely Cancellation: Due to the nature of food preparation, we accept customer cancellations only within a very short window after the order is placed (typically 5 to 10 minutes).
  2. How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, you must immediately call Kinara Cafe at [Insert Your Cafe Phone Number Here] and quote your order number.
  3. Non-Cancellable Orders: Once food preparation has begun, or after the 10-minute window has passed, the order cannot be cancelled, and you will be charged the full amount.

2.2 Cancellation by Kinara Cafe

  1. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, including:
  2. Item unavailability (e.g., ingredients out of stock).
  3. Failure of payment authorization.
  4. Inability to deliver to the requested address.
  5. Natural calamities or operational difficulties.
  6. In the event of cancellation by Kinara Cafe, a full refund will be processed immediately (see Section 3).

3. Refund and Return Policy

3.1 Non-Returnable Products

  1. Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of delivered food or beverages.

3.2 Eligibility for Refund (Only for Service Issues)

A refund or replacement will only be considered in the following genuine cases:

  1. Incorrect Order: The items delivered are different from the items confirmed in your order receipt.
  2. Damaged/Spoiled: The food is physically damaged, inedible, or clearly spoiled upon arrival.
  3. Missing Item: An item you paid for is completely missing from the delivery.

3.3 Refund Request Procedure

  1. Notification Time: You must notify us of the issue immediately upon receiving the order (within one hour).
  2. Evidence: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the incorrect, damaged, or spoiled items.
  3. Management Decision: All refund or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Kinara Cafe management after reviewing the evidence. We do not offer refunds for subjective reasons (e.g., "I did not like the taste," or "The food was not spicy enough").

3.4 Refund Processing

  1. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI) within 5-7 business days.
  2. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be provided via an online transfer method agreed upon with the customer.
